Gina Marsh serves as Director of Policy & Advocacy for bi3.
Gina brings over two decades of experience in the government and non-profit sectors to developing and implementing bi3’s policy and advocacy agenda. Her role includes cultivating relationships with government officials, keeping the bi3 team abreast of legislative opportunities, and working with bi3’s nonprofit partners on the local and state levels to advocate for policy goals.
Prior to joining the bi3 team, Gina served as Executive Director for the Human Services Chamber of Hamilton County, where she led the advocacy activities of the organization’s 80 nonprofit members. Her prior roles also include Chief of Staff for Hamilton County Commissioner Denise Driehaus and attorney for the City of Cincinnati. She is passionate about using her skills to improve the lives of others.
Gina is a board member for Everybody Rides Metro, a nonprofit that provides free public transit passes to lower-income riders. She serves as a member of the Hamilton County Commission on Women and Girls and on the Community Development Advisory Board for the City of Cincinnati. Gina holds a law degree from the University of Florida.
