Zohar Perla is Director of Evaluation and Learning for bi3, a funding initiative to transform health for all people in Greater Cincinnati.
Zohar supports evaluative practice within bi3 and with grantees to drive equitable outcomes through capturing and sharing successes and learning and assessing the effectiveness and impact of grantmaking activities. She assists grantees in measuring and communicating their impact, as well as helps capture bi3’s learnings to inform our strategy.
Zohar brings a wealth of philanthropic, evaluation and research experience to the bi3 team. She is passionate about connecting people and data to create better outcomes for our community.
Previously, Zohar served as Senior Program Officer, Community Learning and Impact at Greater Cincinnati Foundation. Prior to moving to Cincinnati, she worked at a center for government research and a family foundation in Rochester, New York. Zohar holds a Masters Degree in Public Policy and a Bachelors in Economics and Psychology.
