The bi3 Fund, Interact for Heath and The Joe Burrow Foundation invite Greater Cincinnati students in grades 7-12 to develop and participate in activities commemorating World Teen Mental Wellness Day on March 2, 2026.
Students will be awarded up to $1,000 per school to plan, create and lead activities that engage their fellow students.
ABOUT WORLD TEEN MENTAL WELLNESS DAY:
World Teen Mental Wellness Day is observed annually to raise awareness for the mental health issues teenagers face, promote mental wellness and determine solutions.

- Reduce the stigma surrounding mental health challenges and accessing care
- Increase awareness about the mental health resources available to students within your school and communities
- Encourage students to participate in wellness activities
This is the fourth year local students have had the opportunity to receive funding to support activities. Last year, more than 80 schools participated!

APPLICATION DETAILS:
Each Greater Cincinnati school serving students in grades 7-12 can submit one application, which must be signed by the principal. The final deadline for applications is January 23, 2026.
Who’s eligible?:
Students in grades 7-12 attending schools in the following counties
- Ohio: Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, Highland or Warren County
- Kentucky: Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton or Pendleton County
- Indiana: Dearborn, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley or Switzerland County
Students only need to fill out an application describing plans for the funding, along with submitting the school’s W-9. Reminder: The school’s principal must sign off on the project. Additionally, we’d appreciate your commitment to sharing pictures of activities with us within a week of World Teen Mental Wellness Day.

What groups are eligible to apply for funding?
Only schools can apply for World Teen Mental Wellness Day funding. The schools, which can be public, private, or parochial, must be based in the following counties and serve students in grades 7-12.

Who should submit the application?
Any student from the school can submit the application, but your principal must be aware of the application and have signed off on the project for your application to be considered. Only one application per school should be submitted.

How will I know that my application has been received?
You will receive a confirmation email from the bi3 Fund that your application has been received. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder.
