The Mothership Institute of Womb Wellness and Wholistic Health celebrated its grand opening at 4365 Reading Rd. over the weekend. This momentous occasion marks the culmination of years of dedication, passion and commitment to creating a nurturing and supportive space for the community.
The Mothership Center is a community hub where mothers can find support, education and resources to navigate the journey of motherhood. Among their offerings:
- Birth Doula Services: Providing compassionate support to mothers during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

- Lactation Consultation: Assisting mothers in their breastfeeding journey with expert guidance.

bi3 granted $200,000 to The Mothership Institute for Womb Wellness to support expanding The Mothership Institute’s childbirth education and doula services, establishing infrastructure for Medicaid reimbursement, and hosting community-based events for local parents to improve birth outcomes and maternal health.
